Dynamics Education Center Inc. is a Los Angeles based Education Company founded in 1999 by internationally renowned and award winning Professor Sonny Ahad. The company was primarily established as a private tutoring organization specializing in one-on-one and group teaching, with an emphasis on preparation for standardized tests.     As business continued to expand, Prof. Ahad was unable to meet the sudden increase in demand for his tutoring services. The extensive amount of time, money, and resources required to develop new commercial structures and interview staff members prohibited Prof. Ahad from capitalizing on potential new revenue streams. In short, supply could not meet demand. In addition, Prof. Ahad initially relied on word-of-mouth referrals from students and parents to grow his business. While very effective, word-of-mouth still restricted Dynamics from reaching new clients outside of local communities.     In 2004, Professor Ahad joined forces with Reason Media Group to permeate new markets using a mix of promotional strategies and new product development. RMG developed various promotional materials for Dynamics along with a website featuring a corporate commercial and advertising for upcoming events. RMG also pioneered an interactive DVD series entitled “Dynamics on DVD®.” This collaborative effort features the teachings of Mr. Ahad in various specialized subject matters such as Math, English, and Physics. Dynamics on DVD® also features a full line of interactive SAT preparation DVD’s. The series features animated graphics, step-by-step instructions, and practice problems which students can follow along using an included workbook.     Dynamics relationship with Reason Media Group has resulted in a dramatic increase in corporate identity, publicity, and most importantly: increased business and revenue. Dynamics on DVD has also proven a tremendous success for Dynamics Education Center Inc. Garnering enthusiastic praise from clients and peers alike, Prof. Ahad continues to develop additional DVD’s for his series with Reason Media Group. After immediately selling out the products first run, Dynamics will soon make the entire series available for purchase direct from their website. These DVD’s allow Dynamics to not only capitalize on students unable to schedule tutoring students at Dynamics, but students from around the country in search of coaching in school subjects or SAT exams.
